PAY

You can make the payment using the following methods:

Card:

With this payment method, you can conveniently pay with your card via a virtual POS terminal (secure payment). Upon completing your order, you will be connected to Abanca to process the payment.

Our prices and shipping costs include VAT.

By selecting this payment method You will be redirected to the PayPal payment gateway screen which will authorize payment for the order.

Klarna:

Pay in convenient installments through Klarna's financing platform. Selecting this payment method will redirect you to Klarna's payment gateway, where you'll see the different financing options and be able to authorize payment for your order.

Bizum:

By selecting this payment method You will be redirected to the Bizum payment gateway screen which will authorize payment for the order.

SHIPPING

In Spain, shipping is free for orders over €150. If your order is under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

In all other countries, shipping costs are included in the product price, with the exception of customs fees.

We are not responsible for customs fees incurred in the destination country.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery within Spain takes approximately 10 business days after payment confirmation and provided the selected item is in stock. Please note that we make the garment from scratch in our local workshops in most cases.
The delivery time in the rest of Europe is approximately 10 to 12 business days from the order shipment confirmation.
There will be no order dispatch or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Boüret is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes beyond our control.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Boüret we offer returns and exchanges.

The return must be made in its original packaging, with the labels and in perfect condition.

CONDITIONS

To request a return or exchange for size, model or color, please contact us at: info@bouret.es or via WhatsApp: +34 671 35 36 65 .

If you are in Spain, you just need to prepare the package and we will take care of the rest; we will respond during business hours.

You can return it within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Costs from Spain

Returns in mainland Spain cost €7 for each item you return.

Costs outside of Spain

Europe : returns have a cost of €20 per each garment returned that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Rest of the world : shipping and customs-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Your refund will be reflected in your account within a maximum of 15 days from the date the return is received.

SIZE EXCHANGE

You can exchange your item for a different size within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Please send an email to info@bouret.es or through WhatsApp: +34 671 35 36 65 indicating your order number and the new size.

To exchange a garment for a different size, it must be in its original packaging, exactly as you received it, unworn, and in perfect condition. Once we have verified availability, the courier will deliver the new garment and, at the same time, return the garment you received in the first order.

Costs from Spain

In Spain, the first size exchange is free. Important: Boüret covers only one free size exchange.

Costs outside of Spain

Transportation and customs-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Your refund will be reflected in your account within a maximum of 15 days from the date the return is received.

In Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Portugal, the customer will send the product they wish to exchange to the following address and will bear the shipping costs:

PRODUCT WARRANTY

If you have purchased a defective item, Boüret undertakes to replace or repair it at no cost to the customer.
