PAYMENT
– Bank transfer:
If you choose this form of payment, you will be notified at the end of the order and in your e-mail, with the summary of the order, the necessary data to make the transfer.
– Card:
Through this form of payment you can pay with any convenience with your card through Virtual POS (secure payment). When finalizing the order, you will connect with Abanca to make the payment.
– Paypal:
Through this form of payment you can pay with any convenience with your card through Virtual POS (secure payment). When finalizing the order, you will connect with Abanca to make the payment.
Our items and shipping costs come with the VAT included.

SHIPPING RATES
In Spain, shipping is free.
In all other countries, shipping costs are included in the product price, except for customs fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred in the destination country.

DELIVERY TIMES
Spain: 7 business days once the payment has been verified and provided that the selected item is available.
Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days from the confirmation of the shipment of the order.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no departure or delivery of orders. Boüret is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders for reasons beyond our company.

You just have to prepare the package and we will take care of the rest, we will answer you during business hours.
WHAT COST DOES IT HAVE?
Shipments are free in the Peninsula but returns in Spain peninsula have a cost of €7 for each item you return.
WHAT IF I AM OUT OF SPAIN?
Whether you are within the European Union or in the rest of the world, the management, the shipping costs and customs surcharges must be assumed by the client.
The return must be made in its original packaging, with the labels and impeccable as it was sent.
The refund of your money will be reflected in your account in a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the return.
SIZE CHANGE
You will be able to change size within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. You will have to contact us to process the size change through info@Boüret.es indicating your order number and the new size needed.
To change a size, the garment must be in the same packaging, as you received it, unused and in perfect condition. Once we have checked the availability, the courier company will deliver the new garment to you and at that same moment you will have to deliver the one you want to exchange.
Spain: Free size change. Important -> Bouret takes care of a single size change free of charge.
Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Portugal will be the responsibility of the customer and it will be the customer who sends the product they want to exchange to the following address: Bouret. c/ Real 11, 1º derecha, 15003 A Coruña

PRODUCT WARRANTY
If you have purchased a defective item, Boüret undertakes to replace or repair it at no cost to the customer.
