The Origami dress can be washed at home, although it is recommended to do so with special care:

• Wash cold with neutral soap

• Always iron inside out at a low temperature, or apply steam without direct contact.

• For a flawless result, we recommend taking it to the dry cleaners.

RETURNS (Right of Withdrawal):

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase with the right to a full refund, except for garments made to your specifications or clearly customized. We will send you a link so that you can drop off your package at a nearby Pick-up point or request a home collection. For the return, we kindly ask you to use the original packaging and seal it securely with an additional bag so the box does not open during transit. Once we receive the garment and after the necessary checks, we will proceed with the refund, which will be processed within approximately 14 calendar days.

The return cost for mainland Spain and Portugal is €5.90, which will be deducted at the time of refund. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the cost is €7.99.
For returns from the rest of Europe, the cost is €18, which will also be deducted at the time of refund.
