Can Boüret dresses be customized or made in special sizes?
Yes. If you have a special request regarding sizing, length, or design details, please contact us by email at info@bouret.es or via WhatsApp at +34 671 353 665. We’ll be happy to help you find or adapt your ideal dress. (Please note that not all requests can be accommodated.)
How long does it take to make and ship a Boüret garment from the atelier?
From the moment you place your order, the estimated production and delivery time is 7 working days within Spain and around 10 days for the rest of Europe. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order.
Does Boüret offer alteration services after purchase?
Yes. Your purchase includes one complimentary size adjustment or exchange. We want your dress to fit perfectly, so if you need to modify any measurements, you can contact us after receiving your order. (Please note that we do not offer online alterations).
What is Boüret’s exchange or return policy, especially for occasion dresses?
You can request a size exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To arrange it, please contact us at info@bouret.es or via WhatsApp at +34 671 353 665, including your order number and the desired new size.
