RETURNS (right of withdrawal):

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and receive a refund of all costs, except for garments made to your specifications or clearly personalized. We will send a courier to collect your return at the address you provide. For returns, please use the original packaging and securely seal it with a bag to prevent the box from being opened during transit. Once we receive the garment and after the appropriate checks, we will refund the full amount, which will be processed within approximately 14 calendar days.
