Shipping and Returns

RETURNS (Right of Withdrawal):

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase with the right to a full refund, except for garments made to your specifications or clearly customized. We will arrange for a courier to collect your return at the address you provide. For the return, we kindly ask that you use the original packaging and securely seal it with an additional bag to ensure the box does not open during transit. Once we receive the garment and complete the necessary checks, we will process the full refund within approximately 14 calendar days.

To withdraw from your purchase (make an exchange or request a refund), you can contact us by email at info@bouret.es or via WhatsApp at +34 671 35 36 65 and we will take care of everything to make it easy for you.

The cost for returns within Mainland Spain and Portugal is €5.90, which will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from the rest of Europe, the customer must send the order back to the following address, covering the shipping costs:

Delivery within 8 business days for Mainland Spain and Portugal; 10–15 days for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the EU. We do not keep stock; each garment is crafted for you in our artisanal workshop with the utmost care.
Free shipping on orders over €150, including one free size exchange.
For orders under €150, the shipping cost is €5.99.

Within the rest of the European Union:
Delivery within 10–15 business days.
Free shipping on orders over €195, including one free size exchange.
For orders under €195, the shipping cost is €18.

Outside the European Union:
The customer is responsible for all additional costs related to duties, tariffs, import taxes, or any other charges associated with customs clearance.
