Shipping and Returns

RETURNS (right of withdrawal):

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and receive a refund of all costs, except for garments made to your specifications or clearly personalized. We will send a courier to collect your return at the address you provide. For returns, please use the original packaging and securely seal it with a bag to prevent the box from being opened during transit. Once we receive the garment and after the appropriate checks, we will refund the full amount, which will be processed within approximately 14 calendar days. To withdraw from your purchase (make an exchange or request a refund), you can write to us at info@bouret.es or send us a WhatsApp message at +34 671 35 36 65, and we will make sure everything is as easy as possible for you.

The cost for mainland Spain and Portugal is €5.90, which will be deducted at the time of the refund.

For returns to the rest of Europe, the customer must send the order to the following address, assuming the shipping costs:

For orders under €150, shipping is €5.99.

In the rest of the European Union:

Delivery within 10-15 business days. Free shipping on orders over €195, including one free size exchange.
