Shipping and Returns

RETURNS (right of withdrawal):

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase with the right to a refund of all expenses, except for ready-made garments.
according to your specifications or clearly personalized. We will send a courier to collect your return at the address you provide. For returns, please use the original packaging and seal it securely with a bag to prevent the box from being opened during transit. Once we receive the item and after the appropriate checks, we will process the full refund, which will be made within approximately 14 calendar days. To cancel your purchase (make an exchange or request a refund), you can write to us at info@bouret.es or via WhatsApp at +34 671 35 36 65, and we'll make sure everything is as easy as possible for you.

The cost for the Peninsula and Portugal is €5.90, which will be deducted at the time of reimbursement.

For returns to the rest of Europe, the customer must send the order to the following address, assuming the shipping costs:

Delivery within 8 business days to the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal; 10 to 15 days to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the US. We don't work with stock; we handcraft each garment for you in our artisan workshop with the utmost care.

Free shipping on orders over €150, including one free size exchange.
For orders under €150, shipping costs are €5.99.

In the rest of the territories of the European Union:

Delivery within 10-15 business days. Free shipping on orders over €195, including one free size exchange.
