You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase and are entitled to a full refund, except for garments made
to your specifications or clearly customized. We will send you a link so you can take your package to a nearby Pick up point or request a collection. For the return, please use the original packaging and seal it securely with a bag so that the box does not open during transit. Once we receive the garment and carry out the appropriate checks, we will issue a full refund, which will be credited within approximately 14 calendar days. The cost of returns for mainland Spain and Portugal is €5.90, which will be deducted from the refund. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the cost is €7.99.

For returns to the rest of Europe, the return cost will be €18, which will also be deducted from the refund.
